What is your return policy?

Returns are permitted for products that satisfy the following conditions:

• The item remains unopened and is in its original packaging.
• The return request is submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product.
• The product was acquired directly from our website.
• The costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is necessitated by an error on Veluflex’s part (e.g., incorrect product sent).
